Mozza’s Whole Hog Dinner

Yes, my mother taught me to never play with my food but I was am a rebellious child.

  • Six courses. Pork, pork, and pork. The whole thing!

1)  Salumi & Paté - pickles & spicy mustard


2) Pork Belly Sausage & Rib Confit - trotter-stewed butter beans

3)  Soufflé of Parmigiano-Reggiano - pork leg ragu

4)  Roasted Pork Shoulder - chicory salad & salsa verde

5)  Milk Roasted Pork Loin - caramelized ricotta & sage


6)  Graham Cracker Pigs - gelato & sorbetti
